Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — $10 USD — Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — $12 USD — Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Rivorawave is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
